Supply Side Economics?

Scouring a set of drawings for some key information, I ran across this note at work:


Two restrooms, not his and hers. More important than gender now is the distinction between employees and customers. Staff and public. I think this odd.

Never did find that key info.

    And while we're on the subject, at work today the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers became the "U.S. Army Corp."

    Yesterday now, I guess.
